I practice vinyasa yoga 5-6 days/week, and feel excellent when I keep up with the practice. I also travel a lot, and typically let my practice go when I'm away. I'm about to head on another 2 week trip, and really want to keep things going. What are your favourite free online classes? I'm specifically looking for 30 minute to one hour classes, vinyasa style, and somewhat vigorous.

Dahlia, that is exactly the sort of thing I've been looking for, too. Thank you!

I have a free membership at www.yogatoday.com. There's a different free class every week (60 minutes, updated on Mondays, I think) and there are also a couple of episodes on youtube. It's not only vinyasa style, though (see here). Maybe there are some classes there that interest you?

I haven't been able to keep up with my yoga practice in the last couple of months, which seriously interferes with my life goal of mastering arm balances. Sadface.

There's a google deal for newelementyoga.com for $29 for a lifetime membership. I'm trying to decide if it's worth it. (I should probably actually visit the site..) Do any of you know about it? Heard about the website?

This looks beautiful. Thanks for sharing. I like my yoga to be more peaceful and meditative than workouty.

Yoga today's yearly membership is $90 so that sounds awesome! But I'm not familiar with the site so my input is not very helpful.

YogaGlo has a 15 day free trial. It's $18/month, which isn't exactly cheap, but there are loads of classes of all styles, lengths and levels. I really need something to kick my asparagus in gear, and it's still cheaper than going to a studio.

this site looks really good! I've been looking for some 15-20 minute videos I could possibly do before work, and they have some that look good. Thanks!

I finally tried this one on Monday. It's a really lovely video but was longer and more advanced than I should have thrown myself into after such a long hiatus. I was incredibly sore yesterday so I'm going to try a shorter, therapeutic video from Do Yoga With Me today. I think I will make this video a weekly attempt but do more to alter the poses for a while. Her narration was really calming.

yes, i am agree with u. I am only get some info about yoga and meditation or learn some simple tips but we can't to do proper yoga with the help of video clip. I am always suggest to people that if really you want to do yoga please do it in a proper way. And save your time.
