Yesterday: Amazing chest and tricep workout. My chest was so exhausted towards the end, but I did some pushups to be really cruel to them, and I could hardly do 3x5. Wah. Also found a new favorite tricep exercise: Close grip bench press!

Last night I did a 7k bike ride, then 45 minutes of swimming. This morning was a 30 minute run.

Glute bridges, clubbell shoulder exercises then a solid 30 minutes of one minute jerk on each arm, one minute jumping rope, one minute snatch on each arm then one minute jumping rope.

Back + bicep workout. Could do more chins, but had to skip deadlifts because of my hurt ankle, so I did dumbbell rows instead. Also did barbell rows and lat pulldowns. I did the bicep exercises at the end and they got really half-assed for some reason. Had to cut back a lot of weight to maintain good form.

All with a 12kg kettlebell:
Six sets of one minute jerk on each arm.
Three sets of 2 minutes swing-snatch on each arm.

Four minutes of below parallel squat jumps.

Jerks with 8, 12 and 16kg kettlebells.
Snatches with 8kg.
Static holds with two 12kgs.

Ugh. I didn't work out for like, 3 weeks. I did crossfit today and after the warmup my legs were shaky.
