Lots of bodyweight exercises on Thursday has given me sore triceps, shoulders, glutes and abs. Ouch.

Every time I do new exercises I'm super sore afterwards, even when I feel like the exercise is easy while working out. I was doing typewriter pullups and triple clap pushups this week, after seeing them in a video and thinking they looked cool. And man am I sore now. I know once my body is used to it it won't be a problem, but those first few sessions suck!

I'm not sore any more than usual, but I am forking beat. I'm about to start tapering for a big race at the end of the month, so this week was full of tough workouts on the bike, including a 12-mile hill climb yesterday followed by sprints. Oy. Bring on the taper.

I wore minimalist shoes during my workout and the muscles in my feet are sore today. I think that's a first.

I've totally screwed my neck somehow by sleeping awkward...I can't turn my head and it's hanging to the left like I can't lift it up. It really, really hurts.

today i did what for me was a lot of squats and lunges, after not doing any in about a billion years. everybody wish me luck in getting out of bed tomorrow; i have a feeling my legs are preparing to go on strike.

I want to exercise more and do squats and run and be amazing, but my left knee hurts. I push it every Monday at basketball training and although a knee brace and icing does help, I just know I shouldn't push it more than that :(

I should probably stop being dumb and rest it for a few weeks. Maybe do some swimming to keep the fitness level up.

Stupid knees.

I felt very sore today after participating in my first yoga class since ACL reconstruction 4 months ago. It's a great foundation to build on!

my shoulders hurt so much, but not even from the shoulder-heavy yoga I'm doing, but from carving woodblocks for 5 hours today.

We helped friends move. After hiking up and down seven short flights of stairs carrying heavy boxes... I will have to buy new thighs. These are clearly ruined.

Seems like a lot of people have shoulder problems and mine never seem to fully heal. Lately I've just been doing the same thing I do for my crappy knees: apply an ice pack, take ibuprofen (which I hate doing), and I make sure not to over extend or push it to hard.
