I started at the gym on Tuesday. I hurt yesterday morning but then I went to roller derby training last night. I'm in pain from the waist down today.

Oh yeh! I did the Skinny bisque Bootcamp last night. I am trying to ease back into a normal routine. I hurt this morning. Not horrible, but still my asparagus is on fire!

I think I broke through my initial soreness. Now, I can really amp it up and start going.

My sides hurrrrrt... .-. I just started doing ab exercises again... ._. Seriously. I didn't do very many reps at all. Its kind of ridiculous that I'm in so much pain for how little I did...

Quads, chest, arms, and glutes. Foam rolling on a regular basis has significantly cut down on soreness, though!

Foam rolling helps so much.
Today was my first day lifting since I stupidly lifted the day after getting rear ended. Hopefully I feel better tomorrow than I did last time.

My whole body is sore, two days of 90 minute hot yoga class kicked my asparagus. I'm only doing a 60 minute class today to recover.

After the doing P90x yesterday and the gym today my butt, quads, abs and biceps are all killing me. I'll be doing an easy yoga video tomorrow.

I did a kickbox mix/interval training class at the gym yesterday and added weights to some of the kickboxing. My arms are sore.
I cannot stress foam rolling enough, though, everyone! My leg soreness is nearly non-existent since I started rolling even though I'm doing so many more squats and lunges! I even used it on my back yesterday... aaahhhhh...

I can basically roll it over my quads while standing, but I look and feel like a douchebag if I try to lay on it and roll around like I see other people doing. Add to that the fact that it doesn't feel like it's doing anything, and I usually can't be arsed to do it. But I deal with a LOT of soreness, so anything that helps would be awesome.

Or you can get one for about $25 and do it at home.

I foam roll every time i go to the gym. Mainly my back - as i have some massive knots by my shoulder blade and then my legs too. It helps so much!

I just roll around. I don't give a flip what I look like. I have a friend who uses her rolling pin at home so she can avoid using the roller at the gym (and being on the floor)... it's significantly harsher, but it works, too!

Had a few weeks of light exercise over christmas in hope of a few niggling injuries healing up in time for thaiboxing training to restart. Started going hard last week with my boyfriend whose training for a fight at the moment, so have had 7 days of hill/stair runs, pad rounds, weight clasess and yoga trying to regain some flexibility, and man am I feeling it! Hurts to laugh!
Training resumes tonight, so will be interesting to see where my fitness is at, hoping to fight again in a few months so ramping up starts now! I have to say it makes it easier when you have someone to train with...

P90X soreness, (got legs?) and knee pain, likely from taking on too much too fast ( I rode 17 miles on Saturday, then went hiking). I have a big ride in April, and kind of freak out this time of year. Everything needs a hot shower and a glass of whine.
