Went out and walked 2.2 miles in the snow for exercise because it was sunny and over 32 degrees for the first time in forever. 2.2 miles normally wouldn't phase me, even as out of shape as I am, but in the deep, slushy snow, over uneven terrain the whole way, it was a challenge. My legs are super peeved at me for doing that to them. Bridge pose often helps my legs hurt less after a walk, so I plan to do a bit of light yoga later.

30-something miles on the bike. I'm not sure, because my computer broke. Everything hurts.

The place where my abs should/will be has been a bit tender the past few days. I'm so excited those muscles are finally awake.

Lots of squats, lunges and dead lifts yesterday with a 40-lb. barbell. My legs are dying today.

Everything. forking. Hurts.
I did lots and lots of boxing on the Wii last night (specifically Gold's Gym Cardio).
My neck and shoulders are the worst.

I've started a new 5x5 routine, with running, 3 days a week. My arms and arse hurt, but my muscles are back!

My quads and calves are killin' me! It's all well and good until I have to sit down, stand from a sitting position, walk up stairs, walk down stairs, walk uphill, or walk downhill. Other than that, manageable! Oof.

Ouch. Shoulders are hurting like crazy. It was a good bouldering night with almost no people at the hall, which meant a few too many hard climbs.

Parts of my body hurt and I cannot pinpoint why. Guess it is a mix of things I've done this week, catching up to me. Yay.

My legs hurt. A couple days ago I did a new squat routine, and I was really proud of myself 'cause I did a bunch. And it didn't hurt then, but boy does it hurt now! It really needs clear up by tomorrow, too, since I have a long-ass run planned that's gonna happen pain or no pain.

My calves hurt as I did step on Sunday and haven't done it in a couple of years. Argh! It's awesome though, they'll get used to it.

Chest from bouldering, and glutes from sex. I'll take it anyday.

My forking left knee is killing me. I skipped track last night because after walking six blocks home from the bus stop, I was hobbling. I don't know what the problem is, but I think sore/not strong enough quads are contributing to it. I felt like running on it would be a mistake, though.

Abs, triceps, biceps.
TOES. ANKLE. My Vibrams are killing my feet recently. I'm possibly just overdoing it, though.
