I just got over my calf soreness from Saturday and added glute soreness from yesterday's walking lunges. Why oh why? Oh yes, because I like it.

I got braces on Thursday. He said I would only be in pain for three to four days. It has been over a week and my teeth are still sore! I cannot even look at soft foods anymore. If I have to eat another bowl of oatmeal I will scream!!

My buns hurt, I did a lot of lunges and squats yesterday in a power work out. I cannot walk up stairs today! :/

I managed 1 day of P90x, 1 10-mile bike ride, and on day 3 couldn't fathom the next workout. We'll try again tomorrow.

I haven't been to the gym or worked out at all in about 2 months. I decided I want to start from Couch to 5k but I haven't been able to download the podcast yet because my IT guy is fixing my laptop so I decided yesterday to take one of my dogs for a run. Well, it was more of a 2 mile walk/jog with some running. I forgot to stretch before so I told myself I would do yoga before bed. I passed out before I got the chance. While I realize 2 miles isn't much, it is for me because I am super out of shape. I can hardly walk today. I hurt.

My hamstrings feel like bricks from yoga and a workout video. Does anyone know any good hamstring stretches? I feel like I got defective ones that are too short--they always hurt when I exercise. I'm intrigued by the foam rollers...

OMG my butt and thighs. I did my second workout of the week (after nothing for months) yesterday and the walking lunges are continuing to kill me.

I forgot this thread existed! Yesterday I went to my second pump class. I dropped a lot of weight this time and today my arms and chest are fine, but my thighs are still sore from all the squats!

We did 'as many back squats as possible in 3 minutes yesterday' which ended up in me doing 42 @ 83 lbs. We also did some rowing and pullups. So yeah, I'm sore today.

Ok today we did overhead squats then we had a quick workout of push jerks, kettlebells and burpees. After that, we I did steps ups with a 14 lb med ball. So yeah, my booty is hurting especially after the squats from yesterday.

Where are all my sore buddies? Yesterday, my butt was so sore, it hurt to sit. I went to crossfit last night and we did a bunch of stuff including lots of pullups. My arms are all sore today.

I don't know what I did, but my hip sockets feel like someone's drilling into them. I've been limping around like a duck all day trying not to draw attention to myself.

Lixa wrote: I have sore sides from my kettlebell stuff. But I feel like I should be sorer? (is sorer a word?) I actually hardly ever get sore anymore, regardless of stretching even. It's a little annoying, if I get any soreness it's usually this dull sore-all-over feeling which feels more like just being tired instead of actual soreness. mag supplements may have something to do with this.

I cardio and a barre class yesterday. During the barre classes, my legs shake uncontrollably (as do everyone else's who is doing it properly) and the instructor just shouts, "if you're shaking, it means you're making changes!" Yes, sure, that makes me feel better...
However, I'm a 48 hour soreness person, so I won't know if I'm sore until late tonight or tomorrow. But it takes a lot to make me sore these days. I need to do more walking lunges and squats!
