Still SO sore and still not from exercise. I am also bruised like crazy. Worst injury from .5 seconds of exercise ever. Going back to the doctor today. (I do realize my trampoline injury doesn't really make sense with all of your real athletes in this thread, but I need somewhere to moan).

I did a workout wearing a 20lb weighted vest yesterday...mostly did a lot of ring pushup and rows, some prison presses and curls. I am sore along my rib cage on either side of my breast bone, as well as the usual sore delts.
There was one other exercise that I have never done before, and that was to attempt a suspended pushup -- both feet in rings, and both hands on rings (suspended only inches off the ground, so not a dangerous move at all). I could only move a few inches up and down, never mind a full pushup. I think there were maybe a total of five actions. I wonder if that is causing the unusual breastbone soreness.
I have to add that I love being challenged like that. It's very humbling and fun at the same time.

Not sore so much, but man are my legs fatigued. And I have strength training (can you say lunges and squats?) tomorrow night, and track Tuesday night before they get a rest...

My right hand is getting quite the beating this week... first I smashed it on a shelf trying to pick up a bucket of water at work on Thursday, then today I whacked it pretty good with my hoop (during an AWESOME practice, I might add).

Just for good measure, you should go lap swimming! The back of my right hand is perpetually bruised from smacking it on the lanes lines.

Quads today. Damn you lunges, squats, single leg squats and "Apollo Ohnos"! I thought my triceps would hurt today, too, but I can only feel them when I stretch.

Did yoga yesterday and my thighs and chest are KILLING me today! I just put together an awesome workout mix to get me through today. I'm only doing cardio, so it shouldn't be too terribly painful.

I walked around town all day yesterday and then to combat extreme stress, I decided to go running. And I ran as fast as I could for 5km. So sore today.

Everywhere. Took a knee to my shin at sparring the other night and it hit the muscle, forgot how much bruised muscle hurts :/ Also have swollen knuckles and a sprained finger which is almost healed. Worth it tho.

I'm in the last stage of NROL for women and goddamn I'm so sore, took epsom salt baths Mon. and last night and it helped a bit not completely. Doing high reps with little rest kills me every time.

I bike to and from work every weekday. By the end of the week, my thighs are always so sore that I feel like my speed is cut down by like 25% and hill climbing is hard because my legs are screaming NOOOOOOO. What the hell? It's been two months, shouldn't I be getting better at/more used to this?

This is a preemptive complaint for when I wake up in the morning and my body realizes running for an hour when it's the second run in nearly a year is a terrible idea.
