I have a bloody toe with no discernible injury. I am sure I will be sore tomorrow, right now I am just annihilated.

Pretty much everything right about now. Shoulders/neck, hip flexors, quads anyway.

I'm surprisingly un-sore today. My shoulders and neck are tight, but I think that's (a) hotel pillows and (b) carrying my transition backpack on my bike on the way to and from the race, versus any sort of race-related soreness. My hips are a little fatigued, but I feel pretty good all in all.

foam rolling seems to be where it's at. I rolled the front of my thighs today and it hurt a lot, but in a good way.

Ugh. I'm sore, and I think it's from screwed up form or whatever (I ain't running right) from this gigantic blister. It's about the size of a half dollar or a little bigger on the middle of my foot where I should have an arch but have flat feet. I'm afraid it's a bad hurt, so I'm being cautious and not running this AM, but I feel grumpy about that. I was going to get some moleskin, but I was too lazy yesterday. Sad trombone.

My pecs and biceps hurt from starting chest flys last night. My quads hurt too from some nasty, horrid one-legged squats.

Lower back is MAD painful, going on a month now! I had flopped down unceremoniously onto my futon at home, didn't look behind me while I did it, where, ironically, someone had left the back massager cusion out....but....it's not cushiony at ALL, but full of hard balls of jade! &%#! FRICKIN' OUCH! So then I thought it was o.k. when I was on vacation at the beginning of August, but theeeennn, I slept in a tent. Even the Dr. thought that was stupid of mine. So, here I am. Wondering when it will get better. Woe.

Yesterday I started week 5 of 90X so I did a new chest, shoulder and triceps workout and ran a quick 5km in the evening so my upper body is a touch sore (but in a really good way)

I haven't worked out in about six weeks,so I started doing more walking the last two weeks to get warmed up. We went rollerskating yesterday and I only sat out for maybe 15 minutes of the 2.5 hour session. My quads are on fire, but in a good way. I need to get back in shape after letting myself go (again!).

First ballet class in 2 years. I'm not feeling it too too much yet, but doubt I will be able to walk tomorrow.
Also, I have a muscle in the back of my leg that's been bothering me since about May or so... I thought I had pulled it or something, but it's still not feeling better and today's class just exacerbated it. I'm not too worried because it doesn't interfere with day-to-day activities, but it hurts when i'm stretching.

I went on a bit too fast 15 mile ride on a mountain bike I bought 9 years ago when I was 6" shorter. Woke up at 4 this morning with the worst knee pain I've experienced in years.

Yesterday when attempting to do a straddle, I could only open my legs 90 degrees... and forget trying to reach forward while doing so.
I feel much better today though, now that I've worked through a lot of the soreness and tightness.

Fourth trainer session, starting to feel good afterwards instead of destroyed.
