I'm down, but I did the self-test and it says I should start with week three.

i've thought about just making all these 50/100/200 programs my workout. there's situps, pushups, squats, dips, and pullups? (that last one can go F itself for a little while, thought.)

If you wanted, you could modify pullups with a resistant band and door anchor, like this one! I plan on doing this for a while. Maybe forever.

I think i'll start tomorrow with the first column and just skip the test because it says to wait a few days after doing the test and i'd rather just start tomorrow. Also, i'm still full from dinner, so now probably isn't a great time to test.

Day 1 completed. I downloaded the android app and I only did 5 sit ups at the end instead of doing as many as I can because I didn't realize that's what you're supposed to do. The app is good though.

My tummy doesn't let me do a real sit up. Maybe I could try it with crunches.

check out the website! you're supposed to do crunches, not jr high style sit-ups since those can hurt your neck.

I did check it out...I guess I should have said - I can't do quite that as much of a crunch as the illustration, but I can do what the woman in the photo on the home page is doing :) I'll start tomorrow. MWF is my couch 2 5k day so I'll do TuThS

oh, sorry! i thought you meant you didn't want to do the sit all the way up kind of sit-ups.
I'm sure how ever much of a crunch you do is great. it's just about using those core muscles, right? I honestly have no idea if I'm actually doing a 35 degree angle. My guess is that I'm probably not.
