I just bought the Orgain creamy chocolate fudge and it is really good! Leela loves it as well and it's a great way to use up fruits and vegetables. It was $29.99 at Costco for the 2.74lb tub.

Costco.com also sells vanilla Orgain. It's my favorite protein powder. I've been making pumpkin smoothies for breakfast with it almost every day recently.

How do you make your pumpkin smoothies?

Ariann, sorry I haven't visited this thread in a while so I didn't see this earlier. Here's what I put in:

1 small frozen banana
1 small apple
1/3 C. canned pumpkin puree
1/2 t. pumpkin pie spice
1/4 t. cinnamon
1 C. almond milk
1/2 C. ice cubes
dash of maple syrup
1 scoop vanilla protein powder

I sprinkle cinnamon on top after blending.

Thanks! I'm going to try this with just the apple and see how it goes (banana is a no-go).

Does anyone have opinions on the Whole Foods plant-based fit protein powder? It's currently half off. I saw that the chocolate cinnamon & vanilla cinnamon were labeled vegan. The vanilla caramel & dark chocolate were labeled vegetarian, so I'm assuming these 2 aren't vegan. I'm thinking about picking some up while half off, & I'd love to hear any/all opinions. Thanks!

Adding--looking online, I noticed the chocolate cinnamon & vanilla cinnamon are labeled fit protein, while the vanilla caramel & dark chocolate are labeled nutritional shakes, so it appears these are 2 different products. In looking online, I also noticed they offer a recovery sport protein. If anyone has opinions on any of these, I'd love to hear them. I did pick up a packet of the vanilla cinnamon & chocolate cinnamon fit proteins to try. I'm wondering what is in the nutritional shakes that gives them the vegetarian labels vs the fit proteins that are labeled vegan. I'll have to go back & check more closely.

Oh those flavors sound good! I'd love to hear reports too.

I was looking at those WF brand ones the other day but wound up buying a brand called BioChem. Chocolate flavor, not as good as Vega but totally acceptable.

Just got my first Garden of Life Raw Fit container just because I realized I never tried it before so might as well. UM - did anyone else have the ENTIRE label come off when you tried to take the plastic off the top? like in one fell swoop the container is now just empty white. So so weird.

Damn the Vega meal replacement shake in vanilla chai is the bomb. I've been making it with a couple ice cubes, a cup and a half of water, and some PB2 and it is amazing.

That sounds so good! I have had to switch from Vega and this lower-cost Pea Protein powder I'd been using to Garden of Life raw because the extra fiber in most powders has been hurting my stomach. It's all good though...I just recently made flour-free peanut butter protein cookies with that and PB2, 71 calories and 5.8g protein per cookie! I ate the last of them with homemade "greek" soygurt and veganic cocoa rice puffs this morning. *dies*
Here's the recipe--I ditched the chocolate, added a few tablespoons of liquid, used chia powder in place of flax, ditched half the sugar and replaced the coconut flour with protein powder: http://skinnyfitalicious.com/chocolate- ... n-cookies/
My nutrition is based off of 9 cookies instead of 12. :) I recommend smashing the dough flat if any of you decide to make these... they do not spread while baking. My cookies were puffy, but crunchy on the outside and creamy on the inside.
