Has anyone tried this? There's a smart phone app and a book. I think both together will run you under $15. The app would be sufficient to do the program and I think it's $2...way cheaper than everything else. Especially since there is no equipment needed. A few exercises are difficult to find a suitable place to do but that's my only complaint.
So far I'm love/hating it. Hating it because it's not easy and I'm nuts so I started off on first class rather than basic. But loving it because the exercises are only about 30 minutes and they leave me with the feeling of intensity that I've been missing from P90x. It hasn't kicked my fatigue back in like the hour+ workouts did and right now only 4 days a week so I have plenty of rest time.
If you've done this, how were your results?
