Note to self:
Just because you were thrown out of your routine mid-January, that's no reason to slack and feel bad about yourself.
Yesterday my cellphone walkman thingy (that's constantly playing misc on shuffle) said:
Hang on... Don't let yourself go... Everybody cries. ;))

You can do it. And it doesn't have to be in the mornings. Take your time, get back into your own rhythm. You can do anything.

Had a dream featuring Zumba; started doing Zumba again. It feels good! :D

I wonder if adding beets to a smoothie would work... Anyway, since it would result in a pink smoothie, it's probably worth a try.

Reaction to a major setback, work-wise: totally getting back into Zumba again. Getting boyfriend to mention the fun of doing Zumba every time I say I'm bored. (Hope it works!) Still haven't tried beet smoothies - I guess it's time!

Totally in love with the Ripped DVD (Beto! the chair routine! the rock'n'roll finale!).
As a reward, I'm going to see RDJ's butt Avengers in 3D. (So glad they are showing a non-dubbed version now!)
;))
