I was glad to see an article that showed that you can too be vegan and build muscle! The comments aren't too bad either, for once.
It always blows my mind that people at the gym who only eat chicken, asparagus, oats and whey protein shakes will turn around and tell me that MY vegan diet is 'restrictive'. I have a ton more dietary variety than they do and plenty of muscle to show for it!
