I'm pretty excited for this to start. I need the motivation to get me to do it.

I'm so lazy in the summer!

If I made a google document to track our workouts, would everyone want to use it? I guess you just need a gmail account.

I was thinking I would start on the MOnday too because it fits in best with the program design for me. So 6/30 works for me. I will definitely check in here but I am open for other suggestions if anyone has them.

I made a little spreadsheet in Google docs. Does this link work for you? (Not sure if I need to make people "collaborators" or not!)

Nah, I don't think the meal plan is very vegan friendly, sadly. I've done it before and dropped 20+lbs doing the dreaded "no oil" thing. I know it gets a bad rap here because of the way some of its representatives may comport themselves. But if I simplify and eat mostly veggies and unprocessed carbs, (!) and very little fat, the number on the scale finally moves downward.

Which is super lame.

I just requested access too. I tried the meal plan before and couldn't figure out how to veganize it so I will likely just try to focus on more whole food vegan rather than junk food. It is summer so I usually do lots of salad and grilled stuff anyway. I now remember why I had initially wanted day 1 to be Tuesday because my rest day as MOnday works best with my kids' schedules so my day one will be 7/1. Let's do this!

I'll start today after work. I used to really like doing it before work, but now I go in at 7, and I'd have to get up so so early if I did.

I fixed the spreadsheet so it's a new tab for each phase. That way if anyone new decides they want to join, they can at any time because it's all on the same sheet.

I hate the last circuit. The kickouts give me a weird leg cramp thing.

my hip joint pops like crazy during the knees and kick outs too .
otherwise I didn't think its been to bad so far , I was proud of myself thought it was cause of all the workouts I have been doing. that is until I did workout 2 today where she said the first 2 weeks are the easy weeks : \

just an fyi there is a vegan body rev plan you just have to google it. that being said it wasn't fantastic tho very limited.

I've done the first month several times without finishing. Haha. Last time I did it I got to workouts 9 & 10, then got sick and never went back to it.

I like the even numbered ones better, for some reason. Think I might go home at lunchtime today and do Workout 2.

Vegan menus made by non-vegans are usually super boring.

Hmm. I'm looking at it. Doesn't seem TOO bad. I might give a few of them a try.

I have to look at the meal plan. I am starting day one after work. I don't remember the early ones being horrible but maybe I am in denial.

I printed it out. I'm curious enough about some of the dishes to make them just to see if they're worth a damn.

As far as workout 2 - The first circuit is my least favorite because I hate those pelvic thrust things. I don't see how they can all get that high up. There's not any more of my body left to GO up unless I'm balancing on my head!

The rest is mostly a piece a' cake, except I need like, maybe six more seconds to properly wrap that cord around my feet.

I went running at lunchtime since it's finally cool enough. I still might do the Cardio 1 DVD when I get home, though.

I don't think I'm gonna do the DVD when I get home. I'm tired and I just cannot bear the thought of those running mans. (Running men?)

My pants slowly fall down when I do them. haha.

I have to say that I do not hate Cardio 1.

When I did this before was when I was playing roller derby, so I just scheduled my cardio days as my practice days, so I didn't do the DVD that much. (I did use it as the warmup when I led practices, though!)

My dog really likes it when I do the suicides. (Glad someone does)

Pretty excited to move on to workouts 3 & 4, and I like how toward the end, 1 & 2 started to seem pretty easy.

Joan - If you still wanna jump on the google doc, it's got all of the phases and all of the weeks, so everyone doesn't have to be on the same week or anything, if that's helpful.

Too long to post on our spreadsheet comment section -- So during workout 5, I managed to both break my thumbnail to the quick AND bash my knee on an end table, spilling water all over the floor.

I do hate those crab dips, though the rest of this one isn't too bad.

Not sure how it's gonna go today since I have shelter fun after work. I may be able to go home and lunch, but it's not looking like it at the moment.

I read through the list of the exercises in Workout 6 and I remember it being one of my favorites.
