Anyone want to do this with me? If you start today it's only 32/day! Or 1000 on Xmas Eve, your choice! All modifications are fair game. Here's the FB group that inspired me.

I saw you on FB! I thought about it, then thought "nah."
Now I'm thinking about it again.

It's only 32 a day, Meggs!

You don't want to say no and then see how much fun* we're all having and have to do 300 a day to catch up!

*HA!

Ahhh burpees after a run two days after getting back to the gym after a three week hiatus are hell. Absolute hell. Dear god.

Yay! I've only got 935 to go! I've been alternating modified and full burpees and I hate them both!

You spelled it totally wrong; however, at 10 burps a beer, I think I could achieve this if I really put my mind to it. ;-)

this sounds good. running is not working out in this weather and i need something to get my stress level under control. count me in! (not sure about the total, but i'd like to commit to doing some every day, at least.)

I'm with you in spirit! Not sure I could realistically manage one at the moment. I'm actually looking forwards to when I can do them again, odd as it seems.

I've never done a burpee. Maybe I should try out a couple before committing to a challenge.

Me either and from watching a video of them on youtube, I am not sure I could even do 5, let alone 30 something! haha.

110 today! Plus 100 squats (w/ leg lift) and 100 bridges. This was quite possibly the hardest workout of my life.

And you guys can do modified burpees like so:

I'm doing a mix--mostly modified but building up the number of full burpees.

I take it back, no way I'll get this done, not with re-habbing random injuries and my half in a week and a half. :(

ah squat thrusts, that's what we used to call them in Judo. We used to do something between the beginner one and the advanced in that video (no push up basically). I used to be able to do loads, but then I was about 10 when I did Judo! haha

I'm in! I'm getting a late start, but hey ho. The burpees I learned (from RIPPED classes) have a plyo jumo at the end if anyone is interested in another variation.
