Lately, I've had the most success starting on an empty-ish stomach. Coffee with soy milk, maybe some fruit, something light just so I don't have hunger pangs. Lots of water, then work! Then I'll have a real breakfast shortly after.

I'm one of those "nauseous exercisers."
