My goals are
-to be able to do both front and side splits.
-to do a 22 second 200m sprint since I'm averaging at 25 right now. And I'm trying to build up my calves - they're scrawny!
- to do 15 solid REAL push ups - no pauses and no knees. My arms are small.

My goals are as follows:

1 - Start exercising again on a regular basis (at least 5 days a week)! I'll do fine for a while, then the minute something comes up or I have a bad day I've fallen off the wagon. And it's hard to get back on, let me tell you, even though there's an elliptical right in my living room!

2 -Lose about 50 pounds. (If you and I are friends on FB, keep in mind that most pictures of me are older and that I've gained a LOT of weight in the past year and a half.) And more importantly, keep them off. I have a much harder time keeping weight off than losing it, though neither has been particularly easy (compared to other times in my life) since turning 30.

3 - I could go for a few "real" pushups myself.

i want to lose 5 more pounds (and keep them off) and tone up! i'm a shorty, so when i gain a little weight and let myself get a bit flabbalicious, it shows.

i have hope though! after 2 months of regular pilates and yoga and irregular cardio (still better than the zero cardio i was doing before), i've lost 5 pounds and my butt is like 2 inches higher. and my stomach is starting to get flatter. now i just have to keep it up!

I used to do this until I slipped and fell on my top row of teeth.

My goals:
- Begin casually riding stationary bike at low gear for an hour each day; gradually increase both time and gear
- Get a pass to the school gym next semester so I can swim laps 3 times a week until it's warm enough to ride my bike
- Lose a few more pounds (no more than 10), but generally keep my metabolism steady

Pre-pregnancy weight. 5 pounds down from my previous plateau, 21 to go! More energy too. Lower cholesterol.

My goals:
- Visible six-pack
- 100 pull-ups in the P90X Legs & Back workout
- 100 push-ups in a row

I've done the push-ups. I'm sorta closing in on the other two. The abs thing is SOOOOO hard because every single time I eat a little too much for 2-3 days they go away. I'm getting close on pull-ups -- am at 85.

I can do six right now, just barely. So it's going to be a long road.

I'm going to try this, because I'd really like to keep all the upper arm strength I gained when I worked at the farm. For example, I can do 10 now (a few months after leaving my job there), when before I worked there I could barely do 1, maybe 2 or 3 and mostly cheating.

I start tomorrow!

I would like to lose my stomach, or at least reduce it to something that doesn't make me look pregnant. I want abs.

I want to add to this.
-Do pushups like everyone else. I'm going to check out that website.
-Lose at least 15lbs.
-Tone up my body.

My short-term goal is to lose 5 more lbs by the end of the year. This will put me 20 lbs above my long-term goal weight, and an astounding (well, I'm astounded, ha ha) 70 lbs under my high weight.

My fitness level is actually pretty good right now, so I'm trying to maintain that.

Just an update on this - I finished week 2 on Saturday and did my test this morning to see how many I could do in a row - TWENTY FIVE. Completely insane. In just two weeks!

I just did the hundred pushups test and I got 12 but now my wrist is sore. I might try the program.

My goals are:
lose 5ish more pounds
run more often (5-6 days a week)
get up to running 5 miles (I'm doing 2 now)
do more ab stuff. I hate ab stuff. I'd rather lift weights for hours.

Everyone has some pretty bad asparagus goals.

After my surgery this summer I gained a bunch of weight that is refusing to go away so I would really like to get back to my "normal" weight - basically the weight at which all my clothes fit, I've been sequestered to a small group of outfits in my closet since June.

My biggest goal is to increase my cardio endurance. I really don't have a particular number or time in mind, I just keep track of my weeks runs and it's a thrill for me to see progression every week. I love the feeling of accomplishment after I've beat one of my own personal best times, even if it pales in comparison to a "real" runners time.

In a nutshell I want to be back to the old me but with a stronger heart!

I DID 14 IN A ROW TODAY!!! I'm so amazed!!! I mean, my goal was only 15, but I think I'm going to go for 50, now. :)

I need to do the 100pushup program more regularly. It seems to truly be effective!

I want to be able to do push ups and pull ups. Just have some upper body strength in general, really. Work on my endurance.

I'd really like to get comfortable doing some inverted tricks on my snowboard. I'm scared of going upside down. Even if I could just do a backflip in the pipe, that would be great. I hope I can at least do one inverted trick before the US Open. I want at least one in my run, since I'm driving all the way up to Stratton, VT to participate in this.
