So I'm trying this tomorrow with my bf. I'm going to have to modify some of the moves since I can't do a push-up let alone a rotation one. Anyone doing this?

I've done it twice now. I thought I was in pretty good shape, but this has been a very humbling experience.

I like it a lot because between running and a daily yoga practice I just can't be bothered to fit one more time-consuming fitness activity into my life. It's nice to feel like I can pack in a lot into just a few minutes after a run and feel like I've actually accomplished something! I am more sore than I've been in a long time, but I feel like I've given some much needed attention to some of my muscle groups that otherwise go ignored. My quads and glutes are really suffering.

After about the third push up/plank rotation I just sort of flail about on the ground. I just try my best with those and figure I'll get better over time!

Oh, I like the sound of this! I've been wanting to incorporate some strength training, but hate free weights and don't feel comfortable using the weight room at my uni's rec center, so this sounds perfect.

I love interval training! I do it a lot in the classes I take at my new gym. There are a few days they don't offer classes, and I get super bored doing weights and cardio on the machines.

I can see myself doing 10 minutes of cardio, then a round of this, 3 times. That should be a pretty damn good workout. and the group exercise room is empty, so a good spot to do it in.
