So, I was shopping for awhile on Sunday and then I got a pain in the outer arch of my left foot (left outer side of my foot.) I was wearing flip-flops but there is no blister. The muscle hurts a lot, but I do continue to exercise. Anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening?

You could've pulled your arch muscle. I know I have a pair of rubber boots that I wear in the barn in the winter that I can only wear for short periods of time because they don't have any support in them and I inevitably end up pulling my arch muscle. Has this ever happened to you before?

No, this is the first time. Sometimes my inner arches hurt when I wear super flat shoes, like my pair of vegan boots. But then they usually bounce back by the next day. This is still achy sore and hard to walk on sometimes throughout the day. It's not really swollen, though.
