Would adding a BCAA supplement (water soluble) to the boyfriend's workout help him recover faster? He gets really sore fast...Any you recommend?

Sorry I don't know if BCAAs reduce DOMS, but supplementing with extra magnesium could help soreness.

Yes, it will help with recovery by keeping the body in an anabolic v.s catabolic state.

The Vega blog just posted an article about BCAA's under "Top Sources of Plant Based Protein".

I don't know why BCAA's aren't talked about more.
