Wednesday was a mile-ish swim, yesterday an hour ride including half mile hill repeats, today is a 30 minute run with half mile race pace intervals

Hill runs for the first time in a month. Lots of biking. The hill runs start at the TOP and for the first time in a long time, I managed to bike all the way to the top! Score!

Yesterday I did an hour and a half walk in the morning an an hour in the evening.
Today: I'm hoping to get my gait re analysed & then buy some new trainers in the sale. Squeal!

22 minute jog. I didn't go as far as it said I should have, but I felt terrrrrible (didn't eat enough yesterday, so...no energy), so I'm not beating myself up too much over it. I'm just glad I didn't stop. Because I sure as hell wanted to.

Glute bridges and 12/16kg windmills, followed by 10 solid minutes of snatches. I've not done 10 minutes straight through before so this was a big achievement, as I'll be doing that in competition. Happy!

Team track workout: 8x400 at sub-5k pace. I ran the last two with a fastie-fast lady, 7:03 & 7:09 pace. Whew! (Not anywhere near my actual 5k pace!)

25 minute run (though I had to stop for about 30 seconds near the 19 minute mark to drink some water because I thought I was going to collapse).

Phase 2 New Rules workout with 17 minutes of elliptical HIIT cardio. The air quality is so bad right now because of the Mt Charleston wildfires, so I am going to try to get in 4-5 miles on the treadmill after work. Plus I have season 7 of Dexter to crack into while I run!
