An hour on the arc trainer, and 30 or 40 minutes in the weight room!

I went on a walk today.

... sounds a little lame compared with yoga, and fitness DVDs, etc... but that's what I chose. ._.

I just wanna thank you peeps for inspiring me. While I love cardio and my eliptical, I always shot for 30 minutes and then did some strength training or yoga, but after visiting this thread a few times, I've upped my cardio to forty-five minutes but find myself blowing past the set time and staying at it for an hour.

so, thanks! Take that, body fat! (shedding these post baby lbs two years later is a bisque, but I'm doin it!)

I went for a 4 K run, it was the first time I've been for a run outside since the summer and it was awesome!

That's awesome! Losing that baby poundage does suck (I've heard). This thread is inspiring me too! These last two weeks have been super hectic for me with school starting, but this week I'm ready to get back on that horse haha! At least an hour to an hour a half workout every day with maybe one day off in there should do it! I can't do a whole lot because of my runner's knee but I plan on doing a lot of eliptical, bike, walking, squats, and yoga.

Started couch to 5k today :D I didn't check the temperature until AFTER I got home, and it was colder than I expected. But I stuck with it anyway and honestly it wasn't so bad. I'm actually glad it was so cold because now I can't just use the temperature outside as an excuse. I'm going to try really hard to stick with this!

I also did about 40 non-consecutive pushups because I am a big weak baby. Before this my only exercise was hooping.. which I am terrible at.. but which is also super fun!

60 minutes of Slim Series' - Tear It Up
Deadlifts and triceps extensions galore. Trying to get back into this. It's easy for me to get bored with it, but it always does me a world of good when I stick to it.

Last time I went to the gym I was rubbish and only did 10 mins on the cross trainer, so today I'm determined to do the full 20 mins. I'm working my way up to not dying after 20 minutes!

I've come down with a really horrible cold, so I've just been stretching the last couple of days and doing easy yoga positions.

20 min's on the cross trainer, 10 of fast cycling then weights & strength exercises. I'm going to my first spin class on Wednesday & I'm scared I'm gunna pass out / throw up - I suck at cycling!

So far today I took my dog for about a 30 minute brisk walk. Later I plan on doing an hour of yoga at home.

I played a 25-30 minute 3 on 3 basketball (2 guys and a girl on each team), which was SO much fun.

Then I did an hour long spin class with a friend.

Very good day.

40 minutes of yoga, and maybe some Jillian later. We're having some terrible weather so I'm not going to be able to make it to the gym for at least a couple more days! Looks like I'll be hanging out with Jillian a lot!

So far, just a walk to and from the grocery store. The walk home was a true workout - bookbag full of groceries (including a bag of flour!) on my back, up lots of hills.

May do No More Trouble Zones later.
