The class I wanted to do tonight is fully booked so I am going to have to drag my asparagus to the gym instead. I'm thinking if I go home and get changed and go straight away I won't be tempted to lie on the couch and watch vampire diaries all night instead!

I have a lot of meetings and things today, but I'm going to try and get in some gym time between a couple of them. So probably elliptical and some weight training.

I like how Yoga Meltdown sounds.

I did an hour of barre class. We did jumps, which I imagine are as close as you'd get to plyometrics in ballet. Crazy hard shiitake.

2 miles alternating between walking and running (a lap each, back and forth.) Plus four short sprints. And lots of stretching afterwards!

Whew! I forgot how hard jump roping is...I could only do 5 minutes (not all at once even) but it felt great. So I did that, plus Yoga Meltdown today.

I walked for an hour and then did a crazy-ass kickbox interval class. The instructor started class out by saying, "I'm PMS-ing and you all are going to pay!"
