I borrowed my mum's copy of Jonathan Roche's 6 minute no excuses workout. It took me a bit longer than he said but I tried my best. I'm to shy to be able to face going to the gym so exercises I can do at home without expensive equipment are great. I have signed up for his free workout emails. :)

Phase 1, workout 1 from Jillian's Body Revolution. Awesome workout, but not all too challenging for me because I'm not new to working out. I know the next two phases will be intense though, so I'm happy to just be preparing for that! Probably going for a longish walk later.

Saturday I rode for an hour.
Sunday I ran my first 5k race for Sport Relief. Then we went swimming & for a walk.

Today I did a 1 and 1/4 miles at lunchtime with some of the children in the running club that I've started at school. Then an hours ride after work.
