Nothing today for me either! My legs are so sore from yesterday, I had a hard time walking all day. What makes it worse is I had clinical today and I was walking around the hospital all freaking day. Ouch.

Yesterday was just a mile or so of brisk walking to warm up the muscles I used running, and then some stretching. Tonight was 10 50s in the pool with 20 seconds rest in between. I'm starting from six months on couch potato, so I'm feeling it.

Uch I've been ill since Saturday & tried to go back to the gym today. It was a total fail, after 15 min's on the elliptical I had to go home because I had a killer headache, sinus & chest pain. I'm going to try again tomorrow!

40 minutes on the arc trainer, a couple laps of the track, and some weights. I wanted to do some treadmill but the cardio room was PACKED!

Pushups (half): 25
Situps: 50
Side curls: 25
Rows: 15
Lifts: 15
Squats: 30

I did a zumba class for the first time ever today. SO MUCH FUN, oh my goodness. I was a little nervous at first, but it was so great to be in a class were everyone was participating and having a blast.

60 minutes on the arc trainer, 10 minutes on the treadmill, and 15-20 minutes in the weight room! The gym was finally not super packed, so I could actually get a decent work out in.

They have it at mine but it looks so complicated! I feel like I would just stand there staring around the whole time trying to understand what was going on.
