35 minute bike ride, where a group of spandex'd Trek riders complimented how fast I was going on a single-speed with no toe clips. :>

Went to my awesome kundalini yoga class today! Worked all these little muscles that never get touched and feel so calm and peaceful. Too bad I have to work until 11:00 p.m. tonight because I fell a bit behind on my work this week. Oh, well, I'll sleep well tonight.

3.5 mile run/walk. Mostly walking today...its been a nutty week. Also its started acting like winter again so I dont go out in the morning if its raining.

5 km walk with partner. : ) Half way to the grocery store, and half way back laden with groceries and a new tea kettle for tea!

Peter and I are going for walks after or before work from now on.

Yesterday I did barre workout and I tried TRX for the first time- woah, it was awesome and so difficult! I loved it! I'm going to try to do it again by myself today... which probably won't be as awesome as someone telling me what to do and pushing me to do more, but it's something!

457 stairs. There was some jog/walking before and after, but I got my asparagus kicked by 457 stairs. And to add insult to injury* when I got home, I had to climb two more flights of stairs just to take a shower. :P

*I'm not really injured.

I did the elliptical for 16 minutes! That's 1 minute more than last time and 1 minute less than next time. Also, we went bowling. (This was yesterday, actually.)

I ran a mile and a half then felt terrible and walked the half mile left to get home. My body hasn't fully recovered from the flu apparently.
