Took out our bicycles for the first time this year. (Weather has been awful.) 10K ride this evening, which was gorgeously cool and breezy on the flat and downhill and very sweaty on the uphill.

Super sweaty legs+abs workout. Plus an almost 2 hour long walk with the doggie.

Yesterday I rode my bike with a friend (14 miles) along the river paths in my town, and we hiked Spencer Butte. I got a wicked neck sunburn after deciding it was too hot to have my hair down and braiding it into pigtails. Lesson learned.

I took a 60-minute barre technique class this morning. I really like it so far and am hoping to stick with it (I have stick-to-it-ness problems) as I need to get my asparagus back into shape since having a baby 5 months ago.

60 minutes of Zumba "Ripped" with weights. I hate having to wait for a thunderstorm so it's not too hot to exercise! Still... not giving up. :)

19 sections of a local college's stadium with a group/organization called The November Project. I think I'm going to be sore tomorrow, but right now I'm still riding the endorphins. Did it 24 minutes or so. :)

Ice chamber! At 7AM! At my work!
Yeah... I felt like dying halfway through - and it was just the beginner's class! What can I say? I'm used to yoga, not moving at high intensity for 60 minutes...

Yay, I can post in here! Woo!
I did 20 minutes on level 13 of an exercise bike (the machine said I burned off 125 calories), then I did about 14 lengths of the pool (it's not very long, 22m I think), then I had a sauna, then I did another about 10 lengths, then I had another sauna. And I walked to the gym (a little less than a mile), then after I walked to my friend's house, which was just over a mile.

Running, elliptical trainer danceotron, then abs and forearms and... lats? The side of your back muscles that you use when doing pullups that I can't do. To the tunes of Le Tigre and the Parenthetical Girls.

Hours swimming in the pool during the day, then I went for a jog with the dog at night.

5 minutes of Turkish get-ups with a 12kg kettlebell. 10 minutes of cleans, squats and shoulder presses with two 8kg kettlebells. 'Rower's hell' - 250m row followed by throwing down a medicine ball 10 times, then 250m row followed by throwing down the medicine ball 8 times, repeat until you get to just throwing the ball down once.
I haven't been worked this hard in months. I left the studio feeling nauseous.

25 minutes on the treadmill. Bench press, leg press, lateral pulldown, dumbell rows, barbell bicep curls. 15 minutes on the elliptical machine. 90 minute gardening, more or less.
1200 calories burned. 1 Gulliver who can barely stand.
