20 minutes on the elliptical. 1 hour flow yoga. Moving back to Northern VA tomorrow. Last day of yoga in MD... many sad faces. I hope I can find a great instructor and awesome people in VA.

20 minutes of yoga, and a half hour with free weights. I might do a mile+ walk later tonight, provided the rain lets up.

I joined the gym yesterday and today was 45 minutes of water aerobics. So weird to sweat while in a pool.

Coached strength training workout and a short "fast" swim. (I don't really swim fast...)

Went for a pretty chill bike ride along the river before biking to work. Hour of yoga this evening that should be interesting considering how sore my arms/upper chest near my arms are.

Full stadium tour. (Running up 37 sections of seats and walking down the stairs. Well-going up the seats after about 10 sections) First time fully completed!!

go MT!
I did a 45 minute zumba water aerobics. Very strange class. I'm not sure I'd go back but we'll see.
Then I did 20 minutes of yoga at home.

I boosted my butt out of bed earlish today so that I could go the gym at a decent time before work.
I did a 6 minute warmup on a new type of elliptical (precor, similar style to old ones but felt different, pretty cool), then did about 30 minutes of weights, then did about 6 minutes of biking on this cool realistic bike that my gym has. It is called an xbike and it even has clip ins and feels just like a real bike and you do courses on a screen in front of you and you have to switch gears and steer and everything. It took me a few minutes of adjusting to get the right height and everything but then I was off. I can't wait to try it again.
