Team stairs workout. Mile-ish warm-up run, lots 'n' lots of stairs (alternating running, and walking two-at-a-time,) mile-ish cool-down run. I don't feel it at all right now, but I'm a little afraid for tomorrow morning!

15 miles on a stationary bike + some time spent using the weight machines (not sure what the proper term is)

Oh, they feel surprisingly good today. My calves are tight because I wore heels last night. But I don't feel like I climbed 40+ flights of stairs yesterday so, yay!

Today is a 45 minute spin on the trainer, so that should take care of any residual muscle aches.

Wow!

I went and bought a pass the the brand new community centre literally across the street and spun for half an hour looking out into the trees. I feel great!

I'm probably going to re-do it but alternate the workouts rather than doing the same one for 10 days straight.

40 sections today of the stadium. PR set, I think. 44:15 (Previous was over 50 minutes for 40 sections). Current PRs: 37 sections 42:55 (technically, I'm fairly sure I was faster than that this time, based on my 40 section PR, but it doesn't count), 40 sections 44:15, 50 sections 1:03:47

Four cardio circuits of reverse lunges with 20kg, standing row with 12kg, 30 jump squats and v-crunches. It was really tough, I had to stop a few times due to nausea.
