Today's exercise was 4 consecutive minutes of single leg jump squats, then directly into 1 minute of "regular" single legged squats. 10 minutes of non-stop leg and butt burning hell. Oof.
That counts, right? Totally counts.

Lower body workout. Upped the weights/reps on all exercises. Yay me! New deadlift PR. Never lifted that much before, not even with crappy form. I had good form, but only did 2-4 reps for 4 sets. Aiming for at least 3 sets of 5 reps next time, I know I have it in me, but my hands were so sweaty that I lost grip of the bar.
20 minute insane core workout in the afternoon. It was indeed insane. Made me wanna cry.

3,45 k running. I was about to do a 4,8 k + strides, but my body is totally exhausted and sore so I decided to let myself do a shorter easier run.

Tour of local college stadium 37 sections, PR'd by about 2 minutes faster. (Learning to go down the seats instead of stairs-makes it faster!)

30 minute treadmill intervall run, increasing speed every five minutes. Totally exhausting, and I was sore after yesterday's leg workout. Had a really hard time getting home afterwards, my legs felt like they were about to fall off.
75 minute power yoga in the afternoon.

Only 10 minutes on the elliptical (thanks to irritating blood sugar issues). But I'm saying it counts. The streak lives.

Mostly technique stuff as I was feeling really tired today and haven't trained much for a couple of weeks. Can't wait to get this weekend over with so I can get back into my routine.
Turkish get-ups with 12 and 14kg. Windmills with 12, 14 and 16kg. Snatches with 12kg. Clean and press with 12kg. Swiss ball jackknives and planks.

Upper body workout. My body was shaking for a long time after I'd finished.
It's a big kick in the butt to see that I'm getting bigger, even if the strength gains are starting to slow down.

Short, speedy track workout last night... 200 repeats at 5k race pace (I really don't know what my 5k race pace is anymore so I was just aiming for an effort that I thought would get me into zone 4 if kept up long enough for my heart rate to respond.)
Tonight I have a 2800 yard swim on the schedule.

I don't know how all you Superpeople do it.
My half-hour workouts are just about all I can do.

You work up to it a little at a time. I bet if you did 35 minutes for the next week it wouldn't feel much different than 30. Ditto if you upped 35 to 40 a couple weeks later. I mean, if that's what you want to do.

1:15 team swim (I always lose track of the yardage, but the main set was 7x300 descending) followed by 1:45 riding on the trainer (ugh.)
