But I need to keep my head down and concentrate on what I can handle.

You're not alone, I'm just now starting on my goal to do ..you know.. something active...like kinda regularly. Haven't worked up to making it an actual goal, that's too much of a commitment. But it's still all I can do to do like 10 push-ups.

Today I did 30 minutes of Girls Next Door Workout.

Yesterday I did 1.5 'tours' of the local college stadium. 37 sections is a 'tour' (it's the whole stadium seating sections), so a total of 57 sections.

Today was a technique session - jerks (both long and short versions), snatches, single handed swings and barbell jump squats.

7 k run including 8*2 min intervals at a faster tempo. It was fun!!! And sunny!!!!

No, I'm sticking with it. But it's also not like I'm just ambling along on the treadmill for 5 minutes. I'm ellipticaling 2.5 miles or so and sweating buckets most days, unless it's a weights-and-less-cardio day.
