Insanity cardio resistance and 1 hour on the bike. Walk 3 miles later with the dogs and maybe 1 hour of yoga.

Track workout: 1200s descending by 400 (starting at half marathon race pace, ending at 10k race pace)

went to the gym and did some circuit training. I'm really strong in my legs but my upper body is really not on the same level. Need to get them more leveled.

My team staged a practice duathlon today, so I did a 2.4 mile run / 16 mile ride / 2.4 mile run. The first run was an easy warm-up, we did tempo efforts in the ride and the second run.

Yesterday-12 mile run

Today-3 mile run, 30-40 minutes of yoga and then another 4 miles trying to find the rest of the group that we just missed the start of.

My legs are going to be toast tomorrow.
