Ran 4.5 miles in this gorgeous weather, followed by a 35-min weighted workout.

9 mile run, 1:15 team swim (which wasn't hard... we did a lot of open water simulation stuff... drafting, sighting, deep water starts, etc...)

Stupid diabetes. Could only get in 16 minutes. Had to stop due to low blood sugar. (And this is with drinking juice and eating just to be high enough—I thought—to start the workout.) So it's another of those calorie-piling-on anti-workouts.

I'm still counting it. The streak stands at 63 days.

30 min kettlebell workout, fartlek run of about 3.5 miles.

Tuesday 25 minute run before school, 10 minutes aerobics & an hours ride.

2 mins glute bridges.
Not sure what the name for the next move was, but I was lying on my back holding an 8kg kettlebell, arms straight above my head and lowered the weight over my head until it was almost touching the floor. Three rounds of 10 reps.
Side steps with a resistance band.
Two sets of 10 reps on each arm of clean and jerk with 8kg and 10kg kettlebells.
Three sets of jerks and four sets of snatches with a 12kg.
Three sets of Russian twists, 35kg on the cable.

Skipped a swim last night due to some unfortunate lower GI symptoms. Ugh. This morning was 4 miles running ALL the hills. So much sweat for 4 miles in 44F! Good stuff.
