Yesterday: race simulation ride run. ~42 mile ride with 3x10 miles at race pace, ~5 mile run with 3x1.25 miles at race pace

Today: 3 hour ride focusing on hills. Haven't quite decided yet if I'd headed outdoors (rain) or doing "hills" on the trainer.

Sunday - Climbed Helvellyn ( 3rd largest mountain in England) as part of an 8 hour walk.
Monday - Climbed Cat Bells in the pouring rain & wind.
Tuesday - My legs ache! I'm not used to such steep descents & my quads are letting me know.

Team track workout: 2x[1200/800/400] with the first set at 10k race pace, the second set at 5k race pace

Weights and plyo stuff today. I've been so consistent this month, working out 6 days/week even on vacation. I feel sore but awesome.

Yesterday: Upper body workout (bench press, barbell row, incline bench press, lat pulldowns, lat raises, triceps pulldowns and cable bicep curls). I felt pretty tired, but still upped the reps on all exercises but the incline press. Oh, and I added weights on the lat raises.

Today I'm planning for some interval running on the treadmill.

45 minute swim with 2x15 minute race pace intervals to see how much distance I can cover in that time/extrapolate to race day distance/estimate half-Iron swim time (looks like I can swing about the same swim time as last fall, which is a-OK with me.)

Yesterday: Squats, split squats, leg curls and calf press + 15 min ab work. Did a few more reps with squats and split squats, added weights on leg curls and calf press. Think I'm gonna have to deload on the squats next time.
I have a really sore butt today though.

Today I did some half-assed yoga in the morning and then a lot of walking and walking and walking. Rest day is a must after squat day...

Today was my 100th consecutive day going to work out at the gym.

And someone at work asked me if I'd lost weight. But I kind of assume someone put her up to it.
