I ran seven miles, biked to and from work and hauled gravel for three hours. I am tuckered out.

Went to awesome lunchtime iyengar yoga at work. And the teacher noticed I'd been working on and improving a couple of things in my own time, hooray!

Glute bridges, Turkish get-ups (Some with a 16kg weight! Big deal for me as I've been scared of using it.), jerks, snatches, swings, jump squats and overhead holds.

My streak lives. I have gone to the gym every day for the last 119 days (17 weeks). Some days it's easy and I feel good. Some days, like today, it's hard and I feel crummy. Had to break it up into chunks just to finish today.

It's okay to not want to work out, it just means we're human. I always have to remind myself how good I feel afterwards.

Last year, I went to the gym 135 times.

So far in 2013, I've gone 152 times. The year's not even half over!

Super hot 3 mile run, plus the walk home after I realized I couldn't run the rest of the way without puking.

Lucky- I understand the hot running, it's nasty.

I ran for 25 minutes. Then I stair-climbed for 15 minutes (my butt better start looking like the ones on Pinterest soon)

Its supposed to be 117 this weekend. Needless to say I think my running will be inside. The downside to it being so hot, other than its so insanely hot of course, is that even inside I feel lazy and have to really talk myself into working out.

Wed: NROLFW and 4 mile run
Fri: NROLFW, 2 mile run, 20 minutes on the bike

Finished week 5 of C25K by running 20 minutes straight! I think I went about 1 3/4 miles, so if I up my pace a bit, I'll be at my goal of 10 minute miles. Whee! It didn't even feel awful.
