Sun: 5 mile walk
Mon: NROLFW with 15 min treadmill intervals
Tues: 2 mile run and jillian's 6 week 6 pack (or some nonsense) workout
Wed: NROLFW

2 mins clubbell shoulder exercises.
1 minute of snatches on each arm with 8, 12 and 16kg kettlebells.
6 minutes of jerks, then 4 minutes.
120 one handed deadlifts with a 20kg kettlebell.
120 bent over rows with 10kg.
60 presses with an 8kg in each hand.

90 minute walk! I also plan to do some strength stuff later tonight.

I've been exercising every day for the last 3 weeks or so, lots of walking, some strength and other stuff. I'm so glad it has cooled off enough to do walking outside for an extended period of time though.

Just back from a week in the Lake District. Climbed 9 mountains & did 3 super long walks of about 11 hours. Even got to swim in some mountain streams as it was SO hot!

I've been sick or allergies have been beating me down (more likely) but yesterday, went for a nice evening walk (1+ mile, maybe 2 miles total) and went for a long afternoon walk today (3+ miles).
