Good job, FF!

I did crossfit yesterday which included: 3x10 sit ups, mountain climbers, jump squats, and walking lunges for warm up
Workout: as many rounds as possible in 26 mins- 400m run, 26 dead lifts at 50% body weight, 8 hand stand push ups, and 87 single jumps (rope).

I hate running in this heat but I made it x4.

5 minutes swimming
(missed the chest and back workout :( because I wanted to see the diamond league :) )

Tuesday: skipped track
Wedensday: skipped an open water swim
Thursday: rode 1:35 on the trainer w/some tempo and threshold efforts
Friday: hour swim on the schedule w/some speed work

1h32min (13.7miles) easy long run. Felt really great, I was like floating, my legs did the work feeling really relax and strong.
I think I'm fully recovered from all the races of last month :)

rollerskated for an hour, then did a 20 min routine meant to minimize knee injuries with lots of jumping and lunges.

Six rounds for time of:
30 Squats
135 pound Power clean, 19 reps (I did 65lbs)
7 Strict Pull-ups (mine were assisted)
Run 400 meters

We were cut off at 40 min. All I had left was the final 400m run.

Back squats: 3x5 @ 85lb, 5x5 @ 105lb.
100 burpees for time, 5 ring rows every 2 min. I finished in 9:59, narrowly escaping another set of ring rows.

strict press for strength training (3x5 @ 40lbs, 5x5 @ 45lbs).
Crossfit workout: 20 min, every minute on the minute-switch between kettlebell swings (26lb) and wall balls (14lb)
I'm totally pooped.

Warm up of 2 sets of ten jerks on each arm with an 8kg bell then the same with a 10kg.
Five sets of ten jerks on each arm with a 12kg bell, then the same with snatches.
Three sets of five long cycle thrusters.
