Warm up: 2 rounds of: 10 squats, 10 good mornings, 5 reverse pull ups
Strength: Front Squats- 5x3 @ 65 lb, 3x5 @ 105 lb.
WOD: 20 min AMRAP 10 thrusters (@ 45lb) and 10 burpees.

4 partner workout for time:
1. Run 400m together, one person has 45lb weight, one person has 25lb weight.
2. Complete (in any order, must complete one to go on to the next, only 2 people can work at a time)-
200 pull ups, 300 push ups, 400 sit ups, 500 squats
3. Run 400m together, one person has 45lb weight, one person has 25lb weight.

Team "superhuman" finished in 30:35. Woo!

I'm committing myself to a 2-week daily hot yoga practice before vacation (yay!) so expect some repetition from me in this thread.

Today I did a NROLFW workout in the morning and a very quick 4km tempo on my lunch break. Running in the heat: not my forte.
