Thursday was 10 minutes of sprinting/squat jumps for warm-up, Followed by a pyramid workout:
5, 10, 15, 20, 20, 15, 10, 5 each of berpees, push-ups, jumping lunges, squat jumps, cross kicks, jumping turn squats and shoulder presses, then 10 minutes of abs.

Today: I ran stairs for 30 minutes, mixed with push-ups and tricep dips, then lifted weights for 30 minutes (mostly biceps, chest and dead-lifts).

This week has been brutal, I'm toast for the weekend.

15 minutes aerobics, 25 minute lunchtime run & a spinning class. I still have the bruises from last weeks class but I at least managed to get my butt out of the saddle every time this week & without anymore bruises being acquired.

500m recovery in between each repetition

Geez guys, I didn't mean for all of you to stay outta this thread for a week! :P

Anyway, I still have another post-season recovery week in front of me but active this time. Last night was a 1500 yard swim and today is a 35 minute zone 1 spin on the trainer. Chatting with coach some time this week to plan the off-season and sketch out next year's run up to ironman.

This AM: November project circuit (4 rounds burpees/v-ups/high knees/plank)
PM: Weightlifting (finally again!) Front squat to push press, step ups (65/10 x2) One point dumbbell rows (65/10x2) static lunges rear foot elevated (65/10 x2) Pushups (gah, went down Full/10, Full/7, angled/3) Plank (Dolphin/60, Dolphin or hands/60) and wood chopper 50/10 x2.

First time back in the weight room in a week, hoping this week will be the week it stops being once a week.

Ladder of 5-7-9 snatches with a 12kg bell, repeated 3 times.

Last night: team track workout, reduced by 50% since it was my first run back post-race. Main set was 2x1 mile at half marathon race pace. First one was ~10 seconds slow, second one was on pace but my HR was woah, through the roof. I think I'm getting sick too, studio.

So, tonight was a skipped swim. :/
