Yesterday was our team 'holiday' run so if was 4ish easy miles in a silly costume. Today is an hour spin on the trainer and some run drills and core work.

Yesterday was an hour run, today is supposed to be a weight training day but I will probably not make it to the gym, so pushups, core stuff, squats, lunges, whatever I can do at home.

Today I went to the gym for the 300th day in a row.

I haven't missed a day since February 24th.

(I just found out yesterday that the gym will be closed on Christmas!)

Do some lunges and pushups on Christmas and count it as part of your streak! You don't need a gym.

Today was 2900 yard swim. Supposed to do a 30 minute tempo/threshhold run too. We'll see if I can fit that in.
