Technically it was yesterday, but I did "Body Pump" for the first time which was pretty awesome, more than likely going to do it again. I also walked/jogged a total of 5 miles.

I took two classes last night. An hour of Willpower & Grace, and then an hour and a half of Bokwa! I might not be able to walk by the end of this day.

A few reps of squats and two of these silly/fun arm workouts. Just enough to get my heart rate up for 20 mins.

21km run. It was supposed to be 31km but the weather and conditions were miserable and cold so we cut it short. I'm planning on hopping on the treadmill to get the last 10km in. Uggghh. I'm so over winter.

Yesterday: 30 minute run, 1600 yard swim
Today: 1:30 on the elliptical (we're hoping that's the ticket to keeping up the aerobic base without running too many days in a row)

Yesterday was a 11km run plus a quick 20min yoga routine done in my office. (I felt weird closing the door and rolling out my mat, but just that little flow series really helped my afternoon energy levels. This might become a regular work thing for me)

Hills today - 9 repeats. Probably 11-12km total running.

1:15 ride on the trainer, single leg drills, and a bunch of stretches and exercises to activate my still-misbehaving right quads.

Ran 4 k, 32 minutes. This was the first time I listened to talk radio instead of music, and I loved it! With music, if I can't match the beat it annoys me. No beat made it really easy to just find my own pace. I can't believe I didn't try this sooner!

5.7 mile run with 2x1mile race pace intervals, plus 3 miles walking the dog (who, at his winter weight, is not precisely up to 3 miles so it was a pretty slow meander...)
