Sat: 3 hours kayaking on the river
Sun: Ridiculous amount of walking due to a festival in the city. I'm going to call it urban hiking ;)
Mon: 30 min strength routine with free weights
Today: 4.2km easy run (random distance due to the sun setting on me)

Just getting back into working out... yesterday did 20 minutes of light weightlifting (I am hopeless in the strength training department) and 20 minute run. Today hoping to go on an hour long walk. Slowly but surely easing back into a good routine!

Half marathon (well, something a little shy of a half marathon, anyway... I haven't looked at my Garmin file yet, but it didn't give me a lap time at 13 miles, so I'm estimating that the course was ~12.8 or 12.9... which to me is a sign of a poorly organized race!)

legs power workout(4*10 series lifting as fast as possible, returning in a controlled way):
Squads, Lunges, leg press, biceps curl, leg extensions.
1000m at 2:59
250m at 37seconds
5 minutes easy run...

34km run this morning

By legs protested a little but that wasn't really surprising since I flew all day and landed around midnight, ate crappy airport food and am dealing with losing 4 hours with the time change. All in all, I felt pretty solid.

2x(30 min elliptical/30 min running)

I'm seriously over the elliptical. My hip/quad injury is all healed up but coach wants to keep the running dialed back for another week or so.
