Two 14 minute sets. Longest I've ever done! I'm sore.

Yesterday was yasso 800's plus an extended warm up and cool down. Ended up being 12km total running.

Today is 8-10km tempo run and hopefully some yoga at lunchtime.

38km run today. (23.75 miles)

Whew! It was a doozy, but our pace was super solid and I felt good pretty much the whole time. Marathon is in 3 weeks - I feel ready!

Does using a rotary sander on a floor for 5 hours count as a workout? I hope so because everything is more sore than when I go climbing.

Yep, I'll give it to ya.

My workouts have been super inconsistent because of really inconsistent sleep, so I'm hoping to get back on track with a normal schedule. Today was the first day. I ran 5 miles this morning and then plan to go to hot Pilates after work.

Tried a TRX/kettlebell class today, and it was a lot of fun actually. I usually work out solo, so this is different for me. its amazing how someone watching your form, telling you to tweak this/tweak that just a smidge makes such a difference.

Hot pilates yesterday. The class is sort of like pilates + insanity, and my abs have probably never been this sore ever. I think today needs to be a rest day.

We did a team practice duathlon today: 2 mile run / 14 mile ride / 3 mile run. The first run was easy, the second one tempo. The ride alternated between zone 2 and some harder efforts. (And I just missed the rain!)
