Really miss the perfect temperatures of spring. But what sucks more than rock climbing outside in 90 degree weather is realizing that before long it'll be in the 100s.

I'm proud that yesterday I was able to finish one of the strongest workouts I've ever done in my life.

3km warm up
6000m at 20:39
400m jogging
4*400m at 74seconds with 200m recovery
3km cool down

Yesterday was x3 triometrics
Today was supposed to be Pilates but I hurt my back while putting on my workout clothes. Gosh. So I tried yoga but only made it through 15 minutes before giving up and getting on the treadmill. .5 miles walking and 1.75 running.

Easy 7km run. First "real" one back since my race (I trotted around on the treadmill on the weekend but it was measly kms) I felt awesome!

I'm not sure what that means but it sounds good.

Just that I ran fast, like not sprinting fast but faster than comfortable, for a minute followed by a minute of easy jogging to bring my heart rate down. Then did the same thing 13 more times. :)

Today was a 2100 yard swim.

What's your upcoming race, worldrunner?
