Yoga. Ever since I realized my problem with crow was fear I've been able to do it. Except today, could barely even do crescent pose today. Just tired I guess.

so i've been doing some super mild stretchy yoga every day and walking but i've been missing the insane sweaty shaky wreck workouts I used to get at the gym, and I tend to shy away from standard workout videos because I live on the 3rd floor and I feel like my jumping around makes and insane amount of noise and then I just don't keep up with it because the only times I have to work out are in the early morning and late at night.

buuuttt my friend recommended DDP yoga and holy shiitake?? I am so sweaty??? did not realize yoga in a non-hot space could make me this sweaty. awesome. very good 10/10, though not really traditional yoga but whatever.

Today was a 24km "progression" long run where I increased my pace every 5km until I was at just under my 5km race pace at the end! It was killer and I had to cut it 2km short. I soaked my legs in an outdoor kiddie/splash pool when I was done. I am dead now.

(it literally takes me 5 miles of running to sweat as much as 35 minutes of this freaking yoga)

Rode 17 miles to the start of a race, raced a 16-mile hill climb (waiting on results, but I rode well, so I am pretty sure I either won or got second), rode 16 miles back to the start and 17 miles back home. Who needs a nap!?

Yesterday - rode 10 miles to the weekly circuit race and the racetrack. Raced my asparagus off for a teammate. Rode 10 miles home.

it's called ddp, a pro wrestler is the spokesman, it's a low-impact one that doesn't hurt injuries etc but still beats the crepe out of you! I downloaded it using not-quite-legal means, unfortunately the discs are quite expensive!

50 minutes today, had to lie on the floor for like 20 minutes after.

Mercifully short and sweet team track workout. Main set was 20 minutes continuous, 200 meters on (sub-5k pace,) 200 meters off (easy jog)
