Ha, no, the whole thing took 3 hours, but it was 19 minutes faster than my prior best time.

Last night was two hour on the trainer with 2x30 minutes at tempo. Today is an off day before a heavily stacked weekend.

3 sets of 10-12 of the following:
Leg Extension
Leg Curl
Lying Leg Press
Adductors
Abductors
Then a good hour walk on the treadmill at a 3.6 mph pace with a 6.0 incline (and no holding on)

I don't do anything crazy difficult anymore. A bit of strength training and a little over an hour of cardio is working for me.

Team track workout. Main set was 3x1 mile with the first and last 400s at 5k pace and the middle 800 at 10k pace. Except my paces were way off... partly due to being tired and partly due to the massive downpour/flash flooding on the track. Good times.

Track tonight for me too. 8 x 800m (yasso 800's), with dynamic warm up, cool down plus lower body weights after.

Just did my normal upper body strength training and then always a little over an hour walking on the treadmill.

Everything is just feeling so good these days. I have as much strength and endurance as I did in my 20s. Probably more.

Back in the saddle post-accident. Since my last post:

Sat - 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile ride, 1.71 mile run
Thurs - 3 mile walk, 60 minute spin on the trainer
Today - 43ish mile ride, 3+ mile run

Today I ran an "easy" 20km but I have a cold so it felt much harder than it should have. Early to bed tonight.

Doing good, thanks!

Today was supposed to be 80 miles but I only rode about 51. The route was almost completely chipseal; between that and two back-to-back days in the saddle, I was hurting too much to take another loop. I have an hour run on my schedule as well. We'll see.
