Monday - am bike (1 hr of intervals) - pm swim (3k) tuesday - am run (6-8 mile tempo run) - pm core workout/yoga wednesday - am bike (1 hr tempo) - pm recovery run (3-4 miles) thursday - am run (6-8 mile tempo run...some speed work) - pm off friday - am bike (1 hr tempo) - pm recovery run (3-4 miles) saturday - long bike (3-5 hrs) - easy run after sunday - long run (10-16 miles) - 3k swim
Then in June, he says.. That's when it really gets tough. anyone else feel like a bum?

when he's training does he work full-time? once i nannied for a woman who worked full-time, had a child (obviously), and ran ironmans. how do they do it??

He has a dog, a cat, a wife, and now a child on the way. He works a full time job, some from home. He often runs with his chocolate lab.
Both he and his wife have done them together in the past..
