Eppy's Dungeon Master and I have been doing couch to 5k, but I have been having a lot of trouble breathing while running, so I want to get us some sort of aerobic exercise dvd that we can do together that will be easier on me than running is.

I've done a couple of pilates workouts that are on watch instantly, but I don't think pilates is really his style. Do you guys have any suggestions?

Check out http://www.exercisetv.tv

I know it's not exactly a DVD, but if you have a laptop or space near your computer it's pretty great just because of the variety and the price (free!) I really liked it because I never got bored. Cindy Whitmarsh is by far my favorite trainer on there.
