So I'm a former (well, not former, but I have to set it aside until fall) P90X'er, looking for a less extreme plan during the summer riding season. I have a home gym, and I'm looking for something about an hour or less, maybe full body. Any ideas?

I'm doing New Rules of Lifting for Women, about to start stage 3 after taking a week off. I really like it. Before this I was doing Joyce Vedral lifting for years and I never got as good results as I have from this. I like that it involves more full-body exercises, I feel like I've gotten much stronger already.

Are you doing it at home? I used to do it at the gym, but I wasn't sure how it would translate at home- LOVED it!

I'm doing it at the gym, I used to lift at home but I felt like I wasn't pushing myself going heavier since I was lazy about buying heavier weights. But I think you could do this at home no problem, as long as you can push yourself enough. It seems like they show home-gym versions of a lot of the exercises in the book.
