Its summer, and there are all of these amazing berries at the Farmers Market....which want so very much to be in a pie. Just need a gf crust. I've never found a great crust recipe that is vegan and gluten free. Help Me?
Here's the one I came up with a couple years ago and am still using happily. I now usually use spectrum shortening instead of the coconut oil. It seems to have a better texture with that. It's not a flaky crust, but it holds up well and it tastes good.
